Consider Padlet to be an online bulletin board that can do many things that a traditional bulletin board cannot. Users can post text, images, videos, files, links, and pretty much anything else digital. Others can view the postings and, if the board owner permits, comment or vote on them. You can change the background, layout, font, and color scheme of each Padlet.
Padlet's ease of use, even for young students, is one of its best features for teachers. It is compatible with computers and laptops, as well as Chromebooks, iPads, and smartphones. Perhaps most importantly, teachers have control over whether contributions include students' names or are anonymous. This empowers students who might otherwise be too afraid to speak up.
Padlet's free version allows all users to create up to three Padlet boards at once. To stay under the limit, you can delete and re-create them.
